Our investment in the hospitality industry began some 20 years ago and in that time Misty Hills Country Hotel, Conference Centre & Spa, together with the Carnivore restaurant, has grown in reputation and status and has become a favoured destination for many. Kedar Country Hotel, Conference Centre & Spa was later added and the latest addition is Carnivore Gourmet Meat Butchery. The group is distinctly African and we have consciously endeavoured to promote African art, culture, cuisine and hospitality at every level.
We offer a proudly “African” experience. The materials and furnishings we use in creating our properties are truly African in origin. We plant indigenous gardens and the products that we use in our hotel rooms and at our spas are crafted out of African herbs and oils.
